The challenge
Westcombe House is a purpose-built student accommodation development in Greenwich, London.
The project required modern, fully integrated studio apartments designed to meet the expectations of contemporary student living.There was a clear need to deliver functional and well-planned studios that combined kitchen, bathroom, study, and sleeping areas within a compact footprint, while maintaining a consistent standard across all units.
The project required close coordination to deliver and install the studios pre-construction, meeting strict quality requirements and tight programme deadlines set by Prestige Student Living.
The solution
Through workshops and consultancy, a phased project was delivered to provide Westcombe House with fully integrated student living studios within the construction programme. The works included the design, manufacture, and installation of bespoke furniture and fittings, incorporating kitchens, bathrooms, study areas, and sleeping spaces.
Value engineering ensured delivery within budget while maintaining quality and functionality.
Westcombe House now provides fully equipped student living studios that meet the practical and lifestyle needs of modern students. Each studio offers a cohesive and comfortable living environment designed to support both study and day-to-day living.
