Helping you get the most from your workspace

 

Our aftercare team are here to help you with anything you might need post move-in. You’ll be assigned with a dedicated contact who has an in-depth knowledge of your project, meaning that any changes can be dealt with swiftly with minimal disruption.

Your workplace will naturally evolve once you’ve occupied your new office for a few months, so you might find the space needs some tweaking. We’ll be on-hand to make sure that whatever you need, we can make it happen so you get the most out of your new workplace.

It doesn’t matter how much time has passed since the project completed or the level of change you need – whether you require a new meeting room five years down the line or an extra chair two days after moving in. We’re here to help make sure your office is always working the way you need it to.

Providing the support you need

 

Once we’ve handed over the keys to your new workspace and handover is complete, our client relations team provides a single point of contact for any final issues you might have.

The settling in period gives you time to explore your new space and identify anything that’s not quite working the way it should. It could be as small as a lightbulb that needs replacing or a quick lesson on how to use the air conditioning efficiently. Whatever you need, we’re here for you.
