Tower spent time and money with 3 other office design specialists, on all accounts the designs and solutions blew their budget putting the project out of reach.
The solution
Through workshops and consultancy we provided a 3-phase project that gave Tower Supplies the facility they required whilst still operating. We provided a large multi-purpose workspace with kitchen, lunch area, directors’ offices, presentation area with moving partition, washrooms, shower rooms, reception and meeting spaces.
By value engineering the project we were able to provide, within budget, an office with a modern and professional design that reflected the company’s industrial roots.
Tower Supplies now has a multifunctional space that meets all of its people’s needs, while also embodying the company’s brand to create a space that people can be proud to work in.
